Change of WTG location
The application/request to the Maritime Office Director should include the following information:
- Investor data;
- position of the turbine which location will be changed, including:
- - coordinates of the old and new turbine position;
- - distance between the original and new position;
- reason for changing the location in accordance with the Act;
- whether the new location was included in the expert opinions and plans as a "reserve";
- whether the new location meets the conditions of minimum and maximum distances from neighbouring turbines;
- whether there will be a change in the turbine identification marking, and to what extent;
- whether there will be a change in the turbine navigation marking (this applies in particular to turbines within the farm outline and those planned to be equipped with additional nautical aids - rakons, AIS, special lighting)
- a statement that the proposed changes will not require a change in the issued permission to build artificial islands or the decision on environmental conditions.
Attachments:
- an updated area development plan should be submitted, taking into account the changed layout of internal cables.
- if the change is caused by the deposition of objects of anthropological origin - their type should be specified, whether they are potential archaeological or military objects and whether the relevant institutions or services have been informed (museum / conservator / army)
- if the new turbine location was not included in the expert opinions as a "reserve" - statements from the authors of the expert opinions (navigational, KSBM, GMDSS-SAR) should be attached, with justification for whether and how the new location will affect and change the approved expert opinions.
Pursuant to Art. 81 sec. 4 of the Act of 17 December 2020 on the promotion of electricity generation in offshore wind farms, expert opinions and plans should be updated (to the actual state) no later than 90 days before the planned date of the first generation of electricity in the offshore wind farm or its part.
